This meeting, where about 90 people from more than 10 nationalities attended, is part of a series of activities promoted by the European Commission, named Energy Days. In addition to members of the project consortium, this event brought together various guests and stakeholders to present the results to date.
At the end of the InteGrid - Energy Days, several Startups presented innovative solutions they believe can add value to the project, when tested on the demonstrators.
Ângelo Sarmento, EDP Distribuição's Administrator, closed this day of debate, stressing that events like this "open the way to the future", a more intelligent one, regarding electricity grids.
